SARA'LEX CLASS CARRIER
Secretly converted from a cache of old Lex'ii class battlecruisers, the Sara'Lex carriers are medium-capability space carriers with a unique, double-hull design. Although they have a smaller fighter contingent than EarthForce's Amaterasu class, these capable ships are a key element of the Hamma'Lon fleet.
A key advantage of EarthFleet during the First Hamma'Lon War was its carrier force with its huge numbers of fighters and strikecraft.
The Hamma'Lons had never thought of extending the concept of airborne assets to fight in space, and were at a loss to counter EarthForce's carriers. When they began their preparations for their fight for independence, the Hamma'Lons began by addressing that mistake. The Sara'Lex class was the result.
Carrying two Type 2 and one Type 1 beam battery and a substantial anti-fighter armament, the Sara'Lex is not intended to stand in the line-of-battle, but to support it with its four squadrons of Em626 Mantor fighters.
The Sara'Lex Class Carrier is a 75mm long miniature of a space warship which comes in 7 parts, (you will need to print x2 copies of the Type 2 Turret), provided both supported and unsupported.
